I came from a small village called Gass,Vasai, which is on the outskirts of Mumbai/Bombay which has a glorious edge of sparkling nature. My formative years were spent immersed in the enchanting hues of nature, where every shade and texture served as a source of inspiration. It is this profound connection with the earth’s organic palette that drives my artistic pursuit.
From the fresh, organic-earthy colours, and its rising energy that keeps me motivated. Through my chosen mediums of paper and canvas, I endeavour to capture the vibrancy and essence of nature’s vitality. More than mere paintings, my works represent a reflection of my being and a source for inner peace. My aim is to imbue viewers with the same sense of tranquillity and wonder that I derive from nature’s embrace.

I always paint the liveliness of the nature, atmosphere & its mood. It’s not just a Painting, but it’s my existence and my experience, which gives me real peace in life and my intension is to give the same feelings to the viewers. Primarily employing watercolours, I draw inspiration from everyday life – from winding roads to tranquil lakes – Infusing them with the natural flow and spontaneity of watercolours. As a devout student of nature, I constantly glean insights into the interplay of shapes, lines, and textures, which I seamlessly translate onto my canvas through careful consideration of colour, value, and composition.

In 1993, I graduated with a degree in Commercial Art from the Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Art. Driven by my passion for photography, I also completed a course in the field and subsequently worked at an advertising agency for one year. Following this, I dedicated eleven years to teaching art, photography, and screen printing.
With the advent of computers revolutionizing the field of commercial art, I expanded my skill set to include computer graphics and animation. Currently, I am employed as a graphic designer. However, my enduring passion for art has led me to focus on drawing and painting. Since 2013, I have been devoted to creating nature-inspired and creative paintings.
Driven by a desire to evoke nostalgia and cultural resonance, I continually explore diverse artistic avenues, delving into the cherished memories of my upbringing etched in the pages of time.
